HR Business Partner

Recruitment, organisational development and business partnering to secure the strongest possible organisation in Denmark and Norway!

As HR Business Partner for MSC Scandinavia Holding, you will report to the Regional HR Director in MSC Scandinavia Holding and the Country Manager in Denmark. You will cooperate closely, on a day to day basis, with management teams in MSC Scandinavia Holding’s offices in Denmark and Norway, and you will be part of the regional HR team.

MSC Scandinavia Holding has a complex structure, and you must be able to create value for HR in an international company in constant change. You have a great business understanding and a high degree of situational awareness.

As a HR Business Partner, you will take part in daily operations providing professional HR services and support for regional projects.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Drive HR in the daily business in the countries for which you are responsible. Ensure quick and qualitative solutions to problems that arise on a daily basis
  • Be an active part in recruiting candidates
  • Support the country management teams in motivating, managing, and developing the organization in accordance with recognized business principles
  • Identify and implement HR initiatives that support the implementation of the business strategy of the company
  • Manage HR projects across the region in coordination with the Regional HR Director; this includes full implementation and execution of tools and processes
  • Ensure that all HR activities are conducted in an ethical, legal, and lawful manner
  • Focus on organizational development and optimization
  • HR Administration

You have more than 5 years of experience with recruitment, HR Business Partnering, and development of employees in a complex company – preferably from an international organization.

The company language is English and you must be fluent in both English and Danish.

You work in a structured and proactive way. After the introduction period, it is expected that you will be able to work proactively and independently. You know the importance of confidentiality in the role as HR Business Partner, and you are persistent and true to your word.

Place of work: Primarily Aarhus

Travelling days: There will be travelling days in order to visit other offices in the region. Frequent travel to Oslo must be expected.
