Ambitious Group Financial Controller

An experienced, enterprising and ambitious profile ready for a career in a complex international environment

The Group Financial Controller reports directly to the Group Financial Controlling Director of Lantmännen Unibake and will be a vital member of the Unibake Group Financial Controlling Team. The Group Financial Controlling Team is responsible for the financial controlling of the Lantmännen Unibake Group, consolidation and reporting, IFRS compliance in the Group as well as the internal control catalogue.

As Group Financial Controller, you will identify efficiency opportunities and ensure that all controlling processes and procedures are optimized. You will work with IFRS development, deployment, compliance and maintenance, and ensure accuracy and reliability in financial transactions. Furthermore, you will have a close working relationship with the business unit finance teams as you will be performing monthly financial reviews on business unit reporting.

The Group Financial Controller is part of developing and driving the Group to a world-class level within financial reporting and controlling. An important and developing task is to perform internal control and audit and take part in controller visits to Lantmännen’s foreign subsidiaries.

Furthermore, the Group Financial Controller’s role is to develop a close and supporting relationship with the business units. The Group Financial Controller will also participate in cross functional Group projects, the execution of identified development projects and in the integration of future acquisitions.

You have more than five years of relevant work experience and hold a Master’s degree or the equivalent in finance, auditing etc. Knowledge and experience from a Group function in an international business environment is preferable. Additionally, you are an advanced user of data analysis and have working knowledge of MS Excel.

You are a person who is curious, persistent and own a great sense of diplomacy. You know the importance of working independently with continuous follow-ups. You are a strong communicator and connect easily with stakeholders and colleagues at any level.

Travelling days: App. 20-30 days a year.
