As Brand Manager you will be a part of the management team, and will have the overall responsibility for employees within design and sourcing. Furthermore, you will be in the lead in driving the future development of the overall product assortment.
You must inspire both sourcing and design for future trends, where the outcome should be a structured guideline and product matrix, in a close corporation with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your skills in developing the daily corporation, spotting future trends, analysing global ways of living and dressing are essential. You act as a driver and inspiration for your colleagues and know how to translate trends into commercial business.
You have experience from a similar position within fashion or residential interior design for minimum 5 years, an analytical approach, are well structured and a strong communicator. You have the ability to work in a complex and international organisation and have a good balance between proactivity and flexibility in handling employees and tasks.
