As CSR Business Analyst at LARS LARSEN GROUP, you will be responsible for ensuring the development within CSR – in order to advice companies within the LARS LARSEN GROUP on how to develop and report data.
The number of companies currently comprised by the CSR reporting are 15 and contains different areas of business – from golf equipment to restaurants and large furniture companies.
With direct report to Communications & CSR Director, the candidate is responsible for the legal requirements regarding CSR, and has to be available to the group’s companies in connection with information, new legal requirements, detailed queries and requirements within the area. Stakeholder management, both internally and externally, is therefore a central part of the position.
Your overall areas of responsibility are:
You have a relevant education – cand.merc.aud. or cand.oecon or similar. The right candidate is skilled and experienced with processing large data packages and dividing them into smaller packages suited for reporting needs, preferably from an international and complex company, and has been active in the role as lead of projects.
Furthermore, it is expected that the candidate is proficient in written and oral English and has excellent people and communication skills.
You have an analytical and business-oriented mind-set, work in a structured way, and thrive in a company working and growing in a fast pace.
