Customer Service Advisor

Professional and dynamic key role in representing a strong and growing sport and lifestyle brand

As Customer Service Advisor at New Balance Denmark ApS you will be part of a newly established subsidiary in the Nordic region. Your vital role will be to deliver high quality service and to handle all requests from customers professionally as well as to support the Nordic sales team in order processing and support. The Nordic region consists primarily of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

The main areas of responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor are to:

  • Have close contact with the UK Customer Service Department in the coordination of service guidelines and regulations and specific Key Accounts
  • Support and work closely together with sales representatives and Key Account Managers in the Nordic region
  • Have direct and proactive sales and support relations to certain customers in the Nordic region
  • Be driver and have a direct co-role towards online customers, who are an emerging customer group in the New Balance business

Your main tasks are within the areas of:

  • Order Processing and Order Book Management
  • Sales Support (Pro-activity)
  • Communication and Administration 

Your qualifications are collected from similar positions in Customer Service towards the Scandinavian countries. Experience within retail or related industries providing products or services are preferred, however, it is of similar relevance that you have experience in providing support towards sales representatives as well as directly towards customers. 

You have a relevant education within marketing and sales, sales service or administration.

You are a person who thrives in fast paced and continually changing work environment and are able to stay proactive, professional, and supportive towards colleagues as well as customers. Communicating comes natural to you as a means of finding solutions, providing valuable information and overviewing orders, customers, and internal processes.
