Business-oriented profile with experience within HR development and communication
As Head of HR and Communications in Silvan you refer to the CEO, and you will have the overall management of developing the organization and bring support to the management team on different levels.
Among your key responsibilities are:
As a person you are motivated by being a part of an ambitious team. You have a structured and human approach and are able to inspire and motivate others so you can achieve the best possible results together. You are a good sparring partner, who participates actively with highly qualified counseling about all aspects of HR.
The ideal candidate has a relevant higher degree and at least 5 years of working experience within a similar position. Ideally, you have experience from retail, FMCG or as a consultant working with strategic HR within retail. In addition, the right candidate speaks and writes Danish and English fluently.
You have a commercial approach and the ability to maintain an overview while focusing on the details. You work with a high degree of integrity and have a developing approach to tasks and organizational development.
