Key Account Manager

With experience of selling complex technical solutions to global customers

As Key Account Manager, you will have the responsibility for developing and expanding the relationship with global customers in order to ensure that Mita-Teknik is considered as their preferred supplier with the ability to propose solutions that meet their objectives.

With direct report to the VP Sales, you will be part of the Sales Department and you will interact closely with internal departments and specialists in order to provide the best solutions for the customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Establish trust based relationships with a portfolio of major customers leading to future projects
  • Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure that any issue and problem faced by your customers is resolved
  • Drive sales activities and customer relations that will generate long lasting revenue and profit
  • Establish forecasts and report progress to internal and external stakeholders


You have a background
combining commercial business knowhow and technical insight. You hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or in Engineering, and you have experience as a Key Account Manager selling complex technical solutions. You have a proven record of obtaining excellent results. Experience in the wind industry or in renewable energy is a big advantage.

As a person, you are extroverted and an excellent communicator. You are customer focused and persistent. You respect and are excited by working with different cultures. Analytical skills and a structured approach are essential and the importance of details is part of your mind-set. You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken, and mastering another language is an advantage.

Travelling: You must be willing to travel approx. 80 days a year.
