Process Manager

In order to strengthen the Global Clinical Development Team, Genmab is looking for an experienced Process Manager who will be based in Copenhagen.

The Process Manager will work closely with the Global Clinical Development team leading/supporting the process changes, updates and compliance, and R&D operation´s strategic directives. You will do that by ensuring the development and management of processes that enable compliance and standards across departments and apply best in class methodologies. You will also drive global process improvements projects and support ongoing evaluation. You will lead the creation and maintenance of our processes – including but not limited to SOPs, guidelines, written instructions and other documentation processes. You will also ensure adherence to applicable guidelines/regulations.

As Process Manager, you will be responsible for effective implementation and creation of training sessions. Securing training and implementation of new processes will be essential as well as establishment of lessons learned sessions e.g. based on metrics summaries to benefit on best practice in trials and projects.

With direct report to the Senior Vice President, Head of Operations R&D

The key responsibilities are to:

  • Build efficient, lean, and professional processes throughout clinical development
  • Implement continuous improvement and efficiencies across clinical development systems, operations, and processes
  • Develop, deliver and support business improvement change initiatives and business cases
  • Report on progress; risks, resources, and critical milestones
  • Contribute with innovative solutions to best practice learnings and execution in an ever-changing environment through extensive knowledge sharing
  • Be involved in compliance activities of new IT systems for GXP area


You have experience with
:

  • Improvement and change projects across clinical development
  • Presenting and communicating complex organizational processes, change processes and follow-up on priorities, and financial impact
  • A high level of stakeholder focus and proven ability to build and maintain effective processes throughout all levels of the development organization


You have a
relevant university degree and at least 5 – 10 years of experience from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry working with clinical development processes.

You are a person who thrives on being challenged and working collaboratively. You have strong interpersonal skills and possess the abilty to communicate with other development staff in a fast-paced setting. You are comfortable in a dynamic environment in which priorities and drivers can change rapidly and you have the ability to think and manage strategically with attention to detail. You are pragmatic, robust, and able to stand firm. You have a high energy level and a passion and sense of urgency for developing important new medicines for devastating diseases.
