QA QMS and Training Specialist

In order to meet the requirements, Zealand Pharma is looking for a QA QMS and Training Specialist, who will be a part of this exciting journey.

As QA QMS and Training Specialist at Zealand Pharma, you will be responsible for the design of the new QMS and training system including integration with our new electronic DMS and QMS system. The QA area at Zealand Pharma is now professionalizing to ensure GxP compliance within all areas: you, your skill-set and knowledge, in cooperation with the QA team, are needed on this journey. In this postion, you will be reporting to the Manager for QA Systems & Support.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design and maintenance of QMS
  • Design, implement and maintain processes and systems for key QA processes
  • Design, implement and maintain a training system and program
  • Set up training courses and perform training

Ideally, you hold a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or the like, combined with experience from working in a GxP environment and a minimum of 2 years working in a quality/compliance role.

Qualifications required of the position include having a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a GxP environment, from either the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. You have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager e.g. from a quality/compliance role, where you have demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and maintaining systems for key QA processes. Moreover,  you understand the importance of designing and developing simple and agile high quality systems that create value for the business. You thrive in the role as “trusted advisor” within QA and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders aross functions.

You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and you are an advanced user of MS Office.

As a person, you have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence, combined with a detail and goal-oriented approach as well as a quality-driven and structured mind-set. You are comfortable in a dynamic environment in which priorities and drivers can change quickly, and you enjoy the facilitating role, in which it is natural to seek knowledge and share best practices with the other departments at Zealand Pharma.
