Our client is one of the most important players in the FMCG industry. As Sales Director you will head the Sales Organization and have the full P&L responsibility. Currently, the Sales Organization employs approximately 50 people. As part of the top management team you will be involved in strategic decisions, and you will report directly to the CEO.
Your main tasks are:
You must have extensive experience working within FMCG and therefore, you also have a well-developed network in the industry. You have extensive experience in people management and you have been a leader of leaders. You are a motivating leader with a strategic mindset and a holistic commercial understanding. In addition, it is crucial that you are able to develop, execute, and implement strategies, and that you are a strong relationship builder and negotiator at all levels.
You have a Master’s Degree within Business Administration or the like, have worked as a commercial leader within FMCG for a minimum of 7 years. You are fluent in Danish and you speak and write English at a professional level. It is an advantage if you have experience within both sales and marketing in the FMCG industry.
You are an extrovert person and an experienced communicator that is able to handle different stakeholders. You are goal oriented, determined, and energetic. You have an analytical mindset and you work well under pressure.
