Outgoing AX professional to lead the rollout of AX purchasing in an international environment
Lantmännen Unibake International is in the midst of a highly ambitious development project of rolling out the standard Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (R3) Business Platform in 15 countries. The journey has begun and Lantmännen Unibake is now looking for an ambitious AX professional to join the skilled international team that is part of the Group function of the company and has its headquarters in Copenhagen.
As Solution Owner Purchasing you will be responsible for a specific area, Purchasing, and become part of a large network of dedicated and skilled colleagues in the organization who work with other functional specific areas. Your main stakeholders are the Business Process Managers, the functional teams, and the super users. Great communication skills are therefore just as important as having a holistic view, and personal and professional drive.
You will report directly to the Senior Application Manager and your main task will be to implement and rollout the AX template to the different countries over the coming years (Denmark and Sweden are focus areas in 2018), and to enhance the AX solution for the business.
Ideally, you have experience working with purchasing within a complex distribution set-up, either as in-house employment or as an external consultant at a production- or trading company. You have knowledge of the full business process and workflow in supply chain, e.g. warehousing, inventory and stock, procurement, suppliers and vendors, sales, logistics, customer service etc.
You have at least one AX certification, preferably “Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Trade and Logistics” and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with similar AX tasks in complex international Dynamics AX implementations and rollouts.
You are a robust person who is curious, persistent, and you are a great diplomat. You understand the importance of working closely with your colleagues and continuously following up on activities. You are a strong communicator, and you connect easily with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels in the organization. You have an international mind-set and can easily navigate and communicate with people from different cultures. You always have a positive way of approaching your stakeholders, looking for solutions for even the toughest challenges.

Travelling: Three days a week is required onsite during the implementation projects. Denmark and Sweden is focus in 2018, then other countries will follow in 2019 and forward.
