The Tax Controller reports directly to the Group Financial Controlling Director of Lantmännen Unibake and is a member of the Group Financial Controlling Team. The Tax Controller’s area of responsibility lies within Transfer Pricing and management fee documentation, joint taxation for the Danish entities, tax reporting for financial consolidation purposes and support in case of tax audits.
As Tax Controller, you will work closely with the financial controllers in Lantmännen Unibake in Denmark and with the Lantmännen Group Tax department in Stockholm. You will monitor the Intercompany Pricing Model and be responsible for tax reporting, the follow-up and support on deliveries from the Danish entities. You will prepare calculation and tax returns of joint taxation for all Danish business units. Furthermore, you will prepare mangement and cluster fee calculations and assure compliance with policies.
The Tax Controller is part of developing and driving the group within tax reporting and controlling. An important and developing task is to participate in the support of the Lantmännen Unibake subsidiaries in various tax issues.
Furthermore, the Tax Controller’s role is to develop and maintain a close collaboration with the Lantmännen Group Finance and Tax functions at Headquarters in Stockholm. The Tax Controller will also participate in cross functional group projects, in the execution of identified development projects and in the integration of future acquisitions.
You have more than five years of relevant work experience within Danish tax reporting and hold a master’s degree or graduate diploma within finance, accounting etc. You have a background as a tax controller from a group function with several units, or as a tax specialist in an auditing company, or as a tax auditor at SKAT. Additionally, you are comfortable working in MS Excel and it is preferable if you have experience from working in an international environment.
You have interpersonal skills and a great sense of diplomacy. You know the importance of working independently with continuous follow-ups and support. You are service minded and have a structured approach to tasks. To be successful in this position, you must be able to understand and communicate at all levels of the organization.
