As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing 4 production units located in Denmark and Sweden. The Director of Operations will be overall responsible for an organisation with approx. 210 employees covering production, logistics, quality and planning within the Industrial Film Division.
You will report directly to the Divisional President and will be a part of the Division Management Group where you will act as a close sparring partner in relation to the development of the entire division. As Director of Operations you will work with optimisation of the entire supply chain and thereby play a key role in leading the division towards the ambitious 2025 strategic goals.
Among the key responsibilities are:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position in a complex production company, preferably from an order-producing company. You are an experienced and motivating manager, a strong negotiator, are result-oriented and have a structured approach to complex tasks. You have worked with optimisation of production and maintenance and have preferably been employed in an internationally oriented company or as part of an international group.
Ideally, you hold a relevant education preferably as a mechanical or production engineer. Your ability to understand, develop, use, communicate, and implement the strategic plan is important. You must thrive in a performance-oriented culture and have a well-documented experience with leadership of managers, salaried employees and hourly paid employees.

Travelling: up to 35-40 days per year.
