As Divisional HR Director, you refer to the Industrial President for the Industrial Film Division consisting of one production unit in Denmark, three production units in Sweden and international sales representatives. You will have the overall HR responsibility for the Division and be responsible for development and implementation of HR activities such as organizational development, competence development, business partnering, recruitment, Employer Branding etc. As a member of the management team you participate in the general leadership of the division towards the ambitious 2025 strategic ambition.

You are both a good strategic and tactical partner, who participates actively with highly qualified counselling about all aspects of HR.
The ideal candidate has a relevant education within HR or business administration and at least 5 years of working experience from a similar position being a proactive coaching partner with HR related issues to the colleagues in Management Group. Ideally, you have experience from an organization within production. In addition, the right candidate speaks and writes Danish and English fluently and has general knowledge of HR legislation and contracts.
You have a commercial approach and the ability to maintain an overview while focusing on the details. You work with a high degree of integrity and have a developing approach to tasks and organizational development.
