With direct reference to our Senior Vice President of our Heat/Cooling Division, you will become a part of the management team who is responsible for the global development and sales of heat/cooling meters, solutions and systems. The development is driven by continuously defining needs and challenges in our focus markets and with our key customers as our ambition is to be the leading global supplier of integrated metering solutions for the heat/cooling market.

A job with focus on segment profile and potential
In the position as Market Segment Manager you will have a unique opportunity to create, develop and positively influence our market and business results. You will be responsible for our Submetering segment, where we with intelligent metering, makes it easy for residential and commercial property management to support the green transition and live up to current and future regulations. Based on remote metering, it is possible to maintain a complete overview of the water, heat/cooling, and electricity consumption.

You will as Market Segment Manager for Submetering ensure a deep customer insight within the segment, including application and product needs as well as a strong understanding of customer issues and buying trends.

In addition, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and maintain an effective segment profile including market players, size, margins etc.
  • Ensure segment strategy and tactical execution in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management
  • Provide customer insights and requirements to Product Management to define offerings that support our positioning
  • Build and maintain relations with strategic customers and potential external partners
  • Support the daily business development activities

You can expect around 15-30 travel days per year.

Personality matters
You have a relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level and 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with commissioning and conducting basic analysis of market research, executing on plans etc.. In addition, you have 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with business to business market segmentation and key personas. It will be considered a plus, if you have experience working with research software and the Submetering segment.

As a person you have a strong proficiency in securing focus on relevant market and market segment drivers and indicators; an instinct for knowing what matters and what does not. You have the ability to interact with a variety of roles and decision-making levels both within and outside the organization. You are result-orientated and able to consistently meet deadlines and performance objectives.

You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.
