The strategic ambition of the Marketing Team is to support the business internationalisation and growth strategies through efficient marketing and through supporting Kamstrup’s Business Areas in reaching their objectives by increasing awareness of the brand.
As Vice President Marketing at Kamstrup you will be responsible for all marketing activities and must ensure that these activities strengthen the position and development of the business and thereby expand the client base and win market shares. In close collaboration with Kamstrup’s three business areas you will hold the responsibility for the global and regional marketing strategy, planning and execution, including budgets.
With direct report to the CEO, you will be in charge of the Marketing Team and a member of Kamstrup Management Team. You will lead a Global Marketing Team of approximate 30 employees located in Denmark, Sweden, Austria, USA and China. You will have the direct report for 5 managers, who is organized into the functions Digital Marketing, Sales Processes & Tool, Brand and Communication, Business Area Marketing and an onsite agency. In addition, there is also a Personal Assistant and a Senior Project Manager supporting the function and with direct reference to you.

Your qualifications are that you have solid skills within international B2B marketing from a Senior Marketing role. You are experienced in developing effective strategies and plans for all marketing disciplines, and you have a proven track record in developing a global marketing function.
You have a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or similar area. You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.
You are a person with strong communications skills and you handle internal and external communication on a very high level. You are able to foster strong collaboration and teamwork that drive results across cross-functional teams and you have the ability to influence key stakeholders. You are used to working closely with international sales departments, developing a strong global brand and enabling sales growth.
