As Business Analyst, Process Improvement at Global Risk Management, you will be part of the Middle Office Team, which covers analysis, trade reconciliation and reporting, development of new systems and procedures, process improvement, automation, and tools modelling. The Middle Office Team works closely together with Sales, Risk Management, and Back Office.
The Middle Office Team plays a central role on many levels in the organisation. For example, it ensures that deals negotiated during financial transactions are processed, booked, and fulfilled. That includes global agreements concerning business transactions and profit and loss. Middle Office also assists the Back- and Front Office with information by monitoring and capturing data.
Responsibilities:
You have well-developed analysis, reporting, and Project Management skills, preferably from gas, power, or other energy trading companies. You can also have a background in finance or banking.
You have a natural interest in working with digitisation and focus on optimising and improving tasks and processes. You are expected to have a proven analytical toolbox that includes financial tools combined with a good business understanding, a reliable personality, and natural authority.
You have a Master’s degree as cand.oecon, cand.merc.fib, a Master’s degree in business intelligence or the like, and excellent written and verbal language skills in both Danish and English. You are skilled in IT tools, e.g., ERP systems and Power BI, C#, Python, SQL/VBA.
As a person, you are a great team player who finds it appealing to work cross-functional while at the same time having the ability to work independently and take great responsibility for your tasks.
