As CIO/International IT Director at Bolia, you will be responsible for IT strategy and operation across stores, headquarters, B2B and online. In addition, you will work to drive continuous improvement, transparency, and manageability across the IT and Bolia in general.

With direct report to the CEO, you will be part of the management team and play a central part in ensuring IT is an innovative business enabler. Scalability, simplification, and agility are keywords for the IT strategy to support the company’s growth agenda. Together with your competent IT organisation, it is your job to deliver proactive and business central IT support and development.

With your profound business understanding and high level of communication, you can work with stakeholders at all levels internationally. This, combined with at least 5 years of experience from a similar role, where you have had broad responsibility for IT from a company where automation, AI, and digitisation have been the main driver for the IT strategy. Strong IT vendor management skills, are essential when it comes to cooperation with external partners.

You probably gained your experience from retail, FMCG, or other industries where the end-user experience has been central for every aspect of the company. Furthermore, you are used to an international outlook where your job has been to ensure a stable and smooth IT operation supporting many users globally.

You have a solid ability to articulate the vision to inspire and motivate the management team and staff. You have profound business acumen and the ability to translate new technology into business value.
