Medical Network Manager

Do you want to act as a liaison between Inphena and key customers and trusted KOLs, by providing key medical information, to enable the product portfolio to be successful? 


As Medical Network Manager at Inphena, you will report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and coordinating medical-marketing activities. You will be the therapeutic area specialist with advanced scientific and clinical knowledge, engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), other Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and Payors (on all levels) to establish and maintain long-term working relationships. 

Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:  

  • Responsible for the KOL relationship management and all product portfolio agreements. 
  • Attending medical conferences, participating in larger meetings with various KOLs, and function as the medical expert for the Specialty Care area  
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term medical-marketing plans for the portfolio, working cross-functionally to ensure buy-in from business stakeholders. 
  • Act as a bridge between KOLs (on all levels) for all medical inquiries and communicate complex scientific and medical information to a variety of stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional and business operations partners.  
  • Researching and proposing potential portfolio enhancements. 

You are experienced with Specialty and/or Orphan Care products and can document extensive experience working with specialists of various types and levels (e.g., physicians, nurses, doctors, caretakers) on a specific therapeutic area or disease state (e.g., virology, HIV, hepatitis, CNS, etc.).

You have experience with B2B and understand all aspects of product launch and lifecycle management. You are experienced in working across functional areas to help drive the commercial decision of your products, and you have proven pharmaceutical product management at a multi-country level. You are well-versed in the pharma industry, impacting disease execution, preferably from a similar position. 

You hold a BSc or MSc in Natural-, Health-, Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.

You are an innovative, entrepreneurial, and reliable person, who enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams. You possess excellent and convincing communication and presentation skills, and you embrace new challenges and tasks. You have an overall customer focus and strong networking capabilities.

Travelling: Up to 30 days per year.

Domicile: In commuting distance to the office in Hørsholm.
