As SCADA Lead Engineer at Ramboll, you will be part of an exceptional technical environment with 31 passionate colleagues in Denmark supported by a global engineering center. The department is highly experienced and delivers engineering and consultancy services globally within the energy sector for projects around the world.
The primary focus of their services is field instrumentation, automation, SCADA, ESD/fail-safe and Fire and Gas systems, network, cyber security/OT security, and telecom. The department covers all aspects of a project, including concept and feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC, follow-on engineering, and owners’ engineering. Furthermore, they also support clients with operation and maintenance.
With direct report to a team leader, you will secure the successful execution of customer SCADA projects in Offshore Windfarms.

For this position, you need to have several years of experience with technical requirements from the offshore wind business or a comparable industry. Ideally, you have experience with offshore substations and hence experience with automation systems for the offshore wind industry. Further, you must have excellent communication skills in English and preferably also Danish (verbal and written).
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in automation and/or electrical engineering.
As a person, you are self-driven, extroverted, analytical, and have a detailed and systematic approach toward tasks. You are good at networking, possess excellent communication skills, enjoy contact with others, and confidently engage with clients and colleagues.
Traveling: The projects are worldwide but managed from Denmark, so there are few travel days.
Domicile: You will work at one of their offices in Esbjerg, Copenhagen, or Aarhus, so any permits required to live and work in Denmark are mandatory.
