As Senior Project Controller and Finance Business Partner at Ramboll, you will become part of Ramboll’s Buildings team within Business Finance. The Business Finance department delivers business controlling, project controlling, and financial project support to all of Ramboll’s markets operating in Denmark.

With direct report to the Manager for Business Finance – Team Buildings, you will support Line Management in the Buildings market with business insights, financial performance management, follow-up, as well as overseeing a portfolio of consulting projects. It is vital for your success in the role to reach acceptance by relevant stakeholders as an integrated part of their business while representing the finance governance role.

Your main tasks are:

• Act as finance business partner to Line Managers in your area, including risk & opportunities in the project
• Overall responsibility for ensuring the correctness of project portfolio data and financials in ERP
• Month closing, year-end closing, and external financial audit of the project portfolio within your area
• Give support and advice to Project Managers on financial project management issues
• Provide information to management to be used for commercial decisions and provide complex finance advisory
• Close coordination with your team on all business and project controlling tasks, including best practice sharing, sparring, and setting priorities

Your qualifications are based on some years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a projected-oriented organization, and with knowledge within the Buildings sector. You have great communication and interpersonal skills and are able to handle and communicate complex technical issues in appropriate ways across all levels of the company.

You have a Master’s degree within a relevant financial background, e.g., in Economics and Business Administration, Economics, Chartered Management Accountant, or the like. Moreover, you are highly proficient in MS. Office and ERP systems.

As a person, you are service oriented, self-driven, and proactive. You work independently and take responsibility for the controlling agenda in your area. Moreover, you have a business-focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding of the intended stakeholders.
