Client Project Lead

Can you be a valuable and trusted collaborator with clients and partners to offer innovative solutions and optimize the value of their media investments and growth strategies?

 

As Client Project Lead at Nielsen, you will support Nielsen’s Audience Measurement service in a commercial support function as the liaison between the commercial and various technical and operational teams. You will work closely with the industry body that delivers key insights on consumer behavior and brand perception through daily TV and Online Video currencies.

With a direct report to Market Leader Sweden, your main task will be to work in existing customer relationships, especially with the main client, MMS – Mediamätning in Scandinavia in a client service role.

Your main tasks are:

  • Function as commercial support in Nielsen’s Audience Measurement practice
  • Work with existing customer relations to support Nielsen’s Audience Measurement service
  • Provide overall customer care, especially focusing on the main client, MMS
  • Work closely with the current leader of the account
  • Handle business requirements and requests from both clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with other internal teams in Sweden in order to reply and deliver to client queries for the Audience Measurement service
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops and ensure clients’ success
  • Initiating, spotting, and developing new market and product opportunities in Sweden

You are experienced in the media industry, digital advisers, media agencies, or research, with at least 3-4 years of experience in client management and business acumen. You possess good client-facing skills, thriving with many interactions across different stakeholders, and are experienced in making long-lasting customer relations.

You have a relevant education within a Business, Media, or Data and Insights discipline and are passionate about data and technology. You are proficient in Google-suite and other enterprise software applications and/or services designed for the Media industry. Further experience with customer relationship management tools is an advantage. You have great communication skills and work fluently in both Swedish and English.

Personally, you are very self-driven and independent but also a true team worker who brings energy, drive, ideas, and humor to colleagues and clients. You are analytical, have a problem-solving mindset, and possess great project management, organizational, and time management skills.

Domicile: within driving distance from Nielsen HQ in Stockholm. Location for the work is flexible and can rotate between home, office, and client site. Many of the local employees work several days a week from home.
