As Finance Business Partner at Winncare Nordic, you will support the CEO and the Corporate Finance Department in understanding, monitoring, explaining, improving, and forecasting performance to achieve the financial objectives of the company.
With direct report to the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for the production of the monthly management and year-end accounts and supporting reports for each business unit. Further, you will enable the management team to monitor performance and make sound commercial, operational and financial decisions based on timely and accurate financial information.
Your main tasks are:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with financial controlling and reporting processes from a similar role. Further, you have strong leadership and management skills and possess the ability to work collaboratively with all departments (local and within the wider Group), management, and external parties.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Danish and in English, and have a structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
