As Head of Group Internal Audit at ISS A/S you will be part of the ISS senior management team, driving change and improvement within finance, governance, risk and compliance.
Group Internal Audit (GIA) engages with ISS subsidiaries around the world and supports Group Management and the Board of Directors. The key responsibility in Group Internal Audit is assessing if an effective and consistent internal control environment is implemented across the Group in order to drive forward the achievement of strategic and operational goals to fulfill the company vision of creating the greatest service organization in the world.
With direct report to Head of Group Audit & Risk Management.
Your main tasks are:
Your qualifications include at least 5 years of financial audit experience, process audit, and identification and assessment of risks and controls. You have a natural interest in internal controls and know how to create value to the business. Further, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
You hold a Master’s Degree in Business Economics and Auditing or a similar relevant education.
You are a person with strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing functional experts. You are a good communicator, confident in interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels, thrive in an extrovert role and can act independently with a high level of integrity.

Travelling: Travel activity is required approx. 4 weeks/year.
Domicile: ISS Global Headquarters in Søborg, Denmark.
