As Associate Scientist, Immunologist, you will report to, collaborate with, and support the VP Preclinical Development on tasks related to project management and coordination within preclinical development. In addition, as Associate Scientist, Immunologist, you will manage project activities within the vaccine tox studies, assist clinical development of vaccines, and be involved in new pipeline candidate vaccines.

Your main tasks are:

• Immunoassays (non-GLP and GLP studies)
• Interface to ExpreS²ion’s CMC department 
• Interface with toxicology consultants
• Daily communication with tox CRO
• Interface to HER2-VLP project team
• Reporting
• Biomarker analysis
• Immunological and preclinical planning

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the immunology field at a Biotech company, where you have worked with antibodies and immunoassays. Toxicology and GLP knowledge is ideal, and it is advantageous to have experience with ELISpot/ELISA. You are used to working independently and have excellent project management skills, and you are used to coordinating with different stakeholder groups, e.g., CROs. Finally, you have excellent English skills, both written and oral.

You have a relevant scientific education, ideally a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. with a specific focus on immunology.
