Brand and Marketing Manager, biomee™

Do you want to develop and drive the brand identity with MC2 Therapeutics’ product portfolio?

 

As Brand and Marketing Manager (B&M Manager) at MC2 Therapeutics you will become an important part of the commercialization of the first products in MC2 Therapeutics. You will be responsible for building a function to take ownership of all global branding and marketing activities regarding the biomee™ brand and products in the biomee™ portfolio as well as the PAD™ Technology.

In close collaboration with the CCO, the Global Sales Manager and the PR & Communication Manager you will create an effective and agile Brand and Marketing setup with clear structures and processes and ensure meeting market shares and sales growth targets.

Your main tasks are:

  • Drive the development and growth of the biomee™ brand and the new PAD™ Technology (enabling a new class of cream and eye drops) across global markets
  • Develop objectives, strategy and execution plans for current and coming products in the portfolio
  • Manage brand and marketing budget
  • Track and analyse brand performance and provide recommendations for actions to enhance and improve
  • Gain and analyse market insights to give input to strategy development
  • Develop and activate effective consumer communications across platforms
  • Secure strong and agile web presence creating content including animations and video
  • Secure approval process in collaboration with regulatory resources where needed
  • Develop and launch loyalty programs for consumers, influencers and professionals
  • Cooperate with sales to create and develop state of the art sales and marketing material to support sales activities across markets and channels
  • Work with sales to develop forecasting
  • Attend meetings and present brand strategy to existing and potential external partners such as distributors, retailers, investors etc

You have at least 5 years of branding and marketing experience within the international Consumer Care Industry and a proven track record of developing and executing winning ATL and BTL marketing plans. Your ability to use data and insights and your strong understanding of how consumers act upon advice and referrals from professionals, such as dermatologists, gives you the ability to develop and activate effective consumer communications across platform. Therefore, strong experience with SoMe is a must.

You probably hold a Master’s Degree within marketing or equivalent but most important is your documented experience within the Consumer Care/OTC industry. It will be an advantage if you have experience within dermatology or a related field but it is not a requirement. Furthermore, you must have a strong commercial acumen and understand the p&L and finance drivers.

You are ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset and the will and ability to work hands on with the practical issues as well as having the strategic overview. Most important is that you want to be a part of a growing company where innovation and initiative is fundamental.

Travelling: There will be limited travel activity at first, but flexibility regarding travelling in the long term will be necessary.
