Do you want to develop and drive the brand identity with MC2 Therapeutics’ product portfolio?
As Brand and Marketing Manager (B&M Manager) at MC2 Therapeutics you will become an important part of the commercialization of the first products in MC2 Therapeutics. You will be responsible for building a function to take ownership of all global branding and marketing activities regarding the biomee™ brand and products in the biomee™ portfolio as well as the PAD™ Technology.
In close collaboration with the CCO, the Global Sales Manager and the PR & Communication Manager you will create an effective and agile Brand and Marketing setup with clear structures and processes and ensure meeting market shares and sales growth targets.
Your main tasks are:
You have at least 5 years of branding and marketing experience within the international Consumer Care Industry and a proven track record of developing and executing winning ATL and BTL marketing plans. Your ability to use data and insights and your strong understanding of how consumers act upon advice and referrals from professionals, such as dermatologists, gives you the ability to develop and activate effective consumer communications across platform. Therefore, strong experience with SoMe is a must.
You probably hold a Master’s Degree within marketing or equivalent but most important is your documented experience within the Consumer Care/OTC industry. It will be an advantage if you have experience within dermatology or a related field but it is not a requirement. Furthermore, you must have a strong commercial acumen and understand the p&L and finance drivers.

Travelling: There will be limited travel activity at first, but flexibility regarding travelling in the long term will be necessary.
