Exciting opportunity to develop the future Business Ethics Compliance in an international, growing pharmaceutical company
As Compliance Consultant at ALK, you will join “The Corporate Affairs & Legal department”, which is a small, geographical diverse, engaged, and informal team, who values skills, knowledge creation, pragmatism, and integrity. You will play a key role in building and developing the core of Business Ethics Compliance, from procedures and projects to training programs within ALK’s Code of Conduct.
With direct report to the VP of Corporate Affairs & Legal and a close collaboration with top management, you will have a steep learning curve and make great impact on ALK’s future processes.
Your main tasks are:
Your qualifications are a minimum of 2 years’ experience with business ethics and/or compliance programs, which you may have gained from a global compliance function, alternatively from working as an external advisor. You will be working across different business areas, functions, borders and cultures, which is why organisational flair is a key skill.
You have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, Legal/Law, or similar relevant education. It is essential that you are skilled in Project Management and have experience with driving and executing projects in a global matrix organisation, since you will be working independently with many stakeholders at different levels and countries.
You are a person with a proactive, curious and positive mindset. You are very openminded and thrives in navigating in a dynamic and international environment. You are a natural initiator, able to prioritize and establish timelines and structures in your work. You have a can-do attitude, possess integrity and a good understanding of stakeholder management.

Travelling: Approx. 20 days per year.
