As Financial Analyst at A/S Bryggeriet Vestfyen, you will be responsible for the overall business analytics and ensuring the preparation of transparent and fact-based analysis and reports to improve insights on production, product, and contracts/customers. You will also work with forecasts to link production capacities and sales. Moreover, you will play a central role in performing daily tasks and supporting the finance team, including financial controlling, reporting, accounting, and month-end closing.

With direct report to the CFO, you will become part of a financial team focusing on the two breweries in Denmark, where you will work closely across functions. Moreover, there will also be investment projects and international projects at the group level that will involve you.

Your main tasks are:

• Daily support and tasks including financial controlling, reporting, accounting, and month-end closing
• Within financial analytics delivering business insights, analysis, and reports that support data-driven decisions
• Forecast
• Project analysis both on local and group level
• Handling the purchase invoices to be able to follow the market and changes in the price index
• Guard and secure the overall margin performance and create higher transparency within the product and performance across categories and markets
• Support in developing/maintaining the BI platform as well as standardisation of reports and forecasting tools

Your qualifications are based on some years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a production unit/FMCG business. Your qualifications include experience with accounting and reporting. Knowledge within business controlling, business development, and/or analytics will be an advantage.

You have a relevant financial, educational background (e.g. Diploma in finance or HD-R). However, practical experience and a proven track record are most important.

You are a person with strong analytical skills and can communicate complex issues simply and understandably across different levels and interests within the organisation. You have a commercial mindset and work in a structured and systematic way, and have a constant focus on solutions, transparency, and efficiency improvements.
