Do you want to be part of a dedicated finance team in an international company in growth, where you will play a central role, where you can bring your finance controlling skills into play?
As Financial Controller at MinervaX, you will be part of the finance team responsible for preparation for monthly and yearly reporting, controlling in Denmark and Sweden, and reporting internally and externally. All bookkeeping for Denmark and Sweden is outsourced to a third party.
With a direct report to the VP Finance, you will play a central role in MinervaX’ development and growth journey towards a more digital and automated finance function. You will lead the monthly and annual closing process and ensure that frameworks, processes, and procedures are implemented across the organisation. Furthermore, you will also be involved in optimisation of the reporting and controlling processes.
As Financial Controller, you are the go-to person for all accounting-related matters outsourced to a third party, and you will get a natural role in securing deadlines and business procedures.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Your qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar position with well-developed accounting and financial principles skills. You have extensive experience with IFRS and have strong skills to ensure that closings, procedures, and internal controls are documented.
You have a relevant education as cand.merc.aud, HD-R, or similar.
You have a “can do” attitude, are analytical and possess strong communication and collaboration skills. You have a natural interest in optimising and improving processes, and you thrive working in an international environment with several stakeholders.
