International key account management with a high degree of customer development.
NT Group is a Danish owned niche sales and engineering company that primarily operates within the marine sector. The company has its own production and assembly facilities in Poland and sales & engineering offices in Denmark and Finland. NT Group is specialised in the fields of transportation systems for ports, terminals and a wide range of industries. Here to agricultural trailers as well.
As Globlal Sales and Export Manager at NT Group you will report directly to the Group CEO who is also the Sales Director and you will be responsible for strengthening the sales to existing clients in selected markets across Europe. The primary focus is project sales including standard products.
Your main tasks are:
Your qualifications are a minimum of demonstrated 5 years of relevant international sales experience with successful results. Experience with project sales is preferred.
Moreover, you have solid technical competencies which can be applied in the different sales phases. Experience from the marine, port or transportation industries is an advantage. You have knowledge of budget planning and financial accounting (monthly reporting). You have excellent skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in either German, Spanish, French or Italian is an additional advantage. It is an advantage to be fluent in Danish, but it is not a requirement.
You must have a relevant technical education such a machine engineer and/or a commercial education.
You are a person who works independently and who thrives in the key account manager role. You are an initator with strong selling, account management and relationship building skills. You are persistant, structured and a strong communicator, who can work across the organisation in a multicultural environment. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with many contacts and you are pro-active in your approach to problem-solving.

Travelling: 50-60 days per year.
