Head of Digital Marketing

As Head of Digital Marketing at Kamstrup you will play a critical role in driving Kamstrup’s brand’s success through various digital platforms. You will lead the development and execution of strategic digital initiatives to enhance brand awareness, maximize customer interactions, generate, and nurture leads, secure customer retention, and boost revenue through digital platforms. Furthermore, you will work closely with many cross-functional stakeholders to align the digital marketing efforts with the broader business strategy.

With direct report to the Vice President Marketing, Kamstrup is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, omnichannel marketing leader to lead their global digital marketing efforts as well as shape the future of the company’s brand’s online presence and digital customer journey. You will lead, coach, and empower a team of 8 passionate digital marketing professionals, who oversee and optimize various digital channels and will be part of our global Marketing management team.

Your main tasks are:

  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with our business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through various digital channels
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, that are integrated and omnichannel, across our three Business Areas
  • Develop and optimize various digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, websites, extranet, intranet, LMS, partner portals, SEO, SEM, and more
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective use of digital platforms
  • Utilize digital data and analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and programs to identify areas for improvement
  • Report and drive performance improvement of brand awareness, share of voice, views, CTR, engagement rates, marketing leads generated, sales qualified leads, and marketing influenced sales

Your qualifications are a minimum of five years experience as a people manager with a track record of building, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams. Seven years of omnichannel experience across various digital channels and platforms as well as experience working with marketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS), and CRM systems.

 You have a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is considered an advantage.

You are a person with strong communications skills and ability to build positive relationships. You are a visionary leader, who serves as a role model for driving positive change and inspiring the team to take our digital offerings to new heights. In addition, you are a skilled project manager who can navigate in a changing environment with many priorities. You have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to drive efficient execution.
