As Head of IT, you will work to drive continuous improvement, transparency, and manageability across the IT organisation and the entire Nitor organisation. Simplicity, agility and proactivity are keywords for the IT strategy to support the company’s growth agenda.

With direct report to the COO, and in close cooperation with the founders and management team, you and the team of 6 business-orientated software developers will ensure that IT always supports the company’s operations and agile processes. The Head of IT will play a central role in the operation and development of Nitor and will be responsible for providing service and support in information systems infrastructure, applications, security, and operations.
Nitor is an organisation built by doers, and as the new Head of IT you must act “hands-on” and always have a supportive and helpful attitude towards the organisation. The team works based on the phrase “Do things smart and lean”.
Your main areas of responsibilities:
With your profound business understanding and high level of communication, you can work with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the organisation. This, combined with at least 5 years of experience from a similar role, where you have worked with broad responsibility for IT from a company where automation, AI, and digitisation have been the main driver for the IT strategy. Preferably you have a great experience with Azure, Itune and Microsoft 365. High proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken, is a requirement.
