Healthcare Professional Partner, Immunology

UCB Nordic is entering an exciting growth phase with many launches in the near future. In order to deliver the best solutions to patients, they are currently looking for a talented Healthcare Professional Partner for the Immunology business to support the Danish market.

As Healthcare Professional Partner at UCB Nordic you play a critical role in driving sales of patient solutions working in partnership with internal market access, medical colleagues and external healthcare professionals to create value for patients and ensure long-term growth for UCB. You will need to demonstrate desire to succeed within an independent field-based role, combining natural curiosity with excellent business planning skills to identify customer needs and influence decision makers.

With direct report to Head of Immunology NO/DK, your main tasks will be to:

  • Develop business and patient value opportunities in Denmark
  • Build strong collaborative relationships and targeted approach to key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), acting as single point of contact for HCPs
  • Amplify and strengthen the matching of UCB therapeutic options within immunology with appropriate patients in assigned territory
  • Identify and analyze therapeutic area opportunities and problems and make proposals for appropriate improvements
  • Establish multi-channel stakeholder communication and contribute to the creation and maintenance of partnerships and novel ways of interacting with stakeholders

Your qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with sales in the pharmaceutical industry. You have experience working with biological products in the immunology therapeutic area, preferably with dermatology or rheumatology products, and you have excellent skills in written and spoken Danish and English.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree within Life Science supplemented with LIF.

You are a person with a positive “can-do” attitude with strong selling, account management and relationship building skills. You thrive in a cross functional team-oriented environment where new ideas are welcomed and appreciated. You demand the best of yourself and others while striving for continuous improvement.

Travelling: You have the flexibility and willingness to travel as the position is field based, primarily in East Denmark.
