HR Business Partner

Are you passionate about forming the HR strategy and implementing HR initiatives, and do you want to become part of an organisation focusing on growth and organisational development? 

 

As HR Business Partner at Process Engineering, you will be responsible for the overall HR strategy within the company and are expected to develop processes and structures for the HR activities. You will be part of the management team and must be visible, accessible, and able to create value for the whole organisation and stakeholders. Recruitment, onboarding, and retaining highly skilled specialists, mainly in Denmark, will be high on the agenda. You will play a key role in implementing this and developing the organisation to fit the future demand for human capacity.

Moreover, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR activities within the HQ in Fredericia and other offices in Denmark, and, to some extent, offices in Norway and the Netherlands. The HR activities include but are not limited to, the annual HR cycle, recruitment processes, contracts, employer branding, capacity building, talent management, and successor planning – all to be implemented to fit the overall growth agenda.

With direct report to CEO Poul B. Jakobsen

Your main tasks are:

  • Implementing the overall HR strategy
  • Developing processes and structures for the HR activities
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining highly skilled specialists, mainly in Denmark
  • Developing and maintaining the annual HR cycle
  • Dealing with employee contracts and employer branding
  • Dealing with stakeholder management and understanding the Danish labor law
  • Education and development of employees
  • Working closely with senior management

Your qualifications are a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles with a proven track record in a growing environment, preferably experience from engineering or other technology companies, are required. You have a broad toolbox within HR processes and recruitment and have a solid knowledge of how to attract, recruit, retain, develop, and replace – the life cycle of an employee.

You must possess strong business acumen and the ability to make HR a strong strategic business partner. In addition, it would be beneficial but is not a requirement, to have experience with international recruitment.

You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. However, practical experience and a proven track record are most important.

You are a person with a great drive, a solid situational awareness, a high sense of responsibility, and most of all a team player, who knows and understands the importance of winning together. Furthermore, you are empathic, calm, robust, reliable, and know the importance of confidentiality.

Travelling: Potentially up to 20-30 days.
