As International Retail Director at Bolia, you will be responsible for the international retail strategy, the global expansion plan, and the Bolia store concept. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the Bolia Management Team, working closely with the rest of the management team, developing and defining the overall strategic business direction for Bolia.
You will, as International Retail Director, be overall responsible for the retail organisation, which consists of +600 employees, and you will have five Managers in direct report. It is expected that you are a motivating and visible leader both in the stores and at HQ.
With your profound business understanding and high level of communication, you can work with stakeholders at all levels internationally and influence, cooperate and network with the entire organisation at Bolia and external stakeholders. This, combined with at least 5 years of experience from a similar role, e.g., Retail Director, Sales Director or CSO. The focus must have been within BtC and with international sales units/stores (capital-owned or franchise).
Strong strategic skills are essential, and you must be able to work analytically and structured with many different assignments and be used to close cooperation with the CEO. You probably gained your experience from retail or similar industries.
You have a solid ability to articulate the vision to inspire and motivate the management team and staff. You have profound business understanding and the ability to consistently make timely decisions despite the complexity.
