As Operations Service Delivery Manager at Nielsen, you will play an essential role in operational delivery, best practice, and process improvement. Nielsen is looking for a proactive business partner to lead, motivate and inspire a large cross-functional team of approx. 35 people. The Operations Service Delivery Manager will be driving a professional and effective organization that produces the data and intelligence to the clients – with minimal downtime and technical outages.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
You are experienced in operational delivery within a data collection, analysis, and planning environment, delivering against business and commercial KPIs. Experience within the media, TV, or market research industry is a plus, but other industries within telecom, IT infrastructure, etc. with complex setups and outbound delivery are also relevant. You have management experience by leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, and exposure to working in an international matrix environment would be advantageous.
You have relevant education within Business, Data, Engineering, or Science, and previous experience in infrastructure setup and server management is a plus. You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English language and are confident in presenting internally and externally.
You are a person with strong business acumen and are commercially astute and have experience with managing financials. You are independent but also a true team worker who brings energy, drive, ideas, and humor to colleagues. You have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in having many interactions with stakeholders making long-lasting relations.

Domicile: The main office is Hellerup and the work location is flexible and can rotate between home, the office, and client sites.
