Can you ensure growth and drives changes on the Swedish and Finnish markets through management of our local Sales & Service business
As Regional Sales & Service Lead at SKIOLD you will be the Managing Director for SKIOLD in Sweden and be responsible for leading a fully functional organisation and focused on increasing market share through sales, marketing, technical support and service execution. The unit focus on the market segments FEED, SEED, GRAIN, PIG, CATTLE, POULTRY.
A key goal will be to drive change within the organisation to grow the business, but also to develop a strong team and succession plan for the team members, to drive this business into the future.
With direct report to Sales & Service Group Lead, CEO of SKIOLD Group, you will be a part of SKIOLD Sales & Service Leadership team and responsible for co-developing the regional market segment strategy with the Business Unit teams. Through a strong focus on cross organizational collaboration you will ensure implementation of each of the relevant segments into the overall regional strategy.
Your main tasks are:
You have experience from a similar position within general management and sales & service from international project oriented companies and experience with solutionselling and value proposition. You have a heavy toolbox within sales management, reporting, cross organizational collaboration and a proven trackrecord of creating growth.
You are a person that takes leadership, build longterm relationships both internally and externally and you act agile and proactive. You have a strong customer focus and you are a strong communicator with focus on creating value for both SKIOLD and the customer in all actions.

Travelling: Approx. 25-30 days pr. Year.
