Reporting & Business Analyst

As Reporting & Business Analyst at Frontmatec you will have your seat at the table when business reviews for all companies in the group are performed. The Reporting & Business Analyst is responsible for timely delivery of high-quality and professional decision-making information, presentations and analyses to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

The Reporting & Business Analyst’s main responsibility will be to support the business with reporting on business performance, KPIs, Customer project, R&D activities etc. The candidate will provide financial and non-financial input and support both the Executive Management, the Board of Directors, Finance Directors and Vice Presidents globally in decision-making. Subsequently, the candidate will become involved in strategy, budgeting and forecasting.

The main tasks are:

  • Prepare monthly management reports to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare presentations for monthly business review meetings with Executive Management, Vice Presidents and Finance Managers.
  • Prepare presentations for board meetings.
  • Provide professional decision-making information, presentations and analyses.
  • Proactively investigate deviations in the financial analyses and prepare solution ideas e.g. via business cases.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and business cases.
  • Implement business intelligence to improve transparency on financial information.

The candidate we are looking for is expected to have a higher financial or commercial education e.g. Cand.oceon, Cand.merc.fib or similar and a few years of experience from a similar position in an international company with several units worlds wide.

He/she is a super user of the MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint) and has a working knowledge of ERP systems. Experience with Power BI and Cognos is an advantage.

The candidate has great experience with making presentations for Executive Management and Board of Directors, is brilliant at crushing numbers and managing large amounts of data. The candidate is proficient in making and presenting financial numbers in a professional and understandable manner.

The candidate is a person with strong communication and analytical skills, who already has success and wants to take his/her career further.

Travelling: 10 – 30 days per year.

Domicile: Kolding.
