Our customer is a rapidly growing company, currently developing towards internationalisation. As Sales Manager you will become a part of an ambitious team and you will play an important role in executing the new strategy. You will drive projects from the initial phases and all the way to a succesful FID.
As a Sales Manager you will be reporting to the Sales Director, and your key responsibilities will be:
As a candidate you have a minimum of 10 years of experience within Sales outside Denmark. You might have sold turnkey projects, for example process plants, you might possess a role as key account manager, you might have a background from the agricultural industry, you have tried the game of contract negotiation. So, the right candidate can come with various backgrounds.
Most important is that you are used to identifying new opportunities and business areas, can cope with many stakeholders, are used to navigating in an ever-changing work environment, and not being afraid of doing something tomorrow that you did not do yesterday.
You probably hold a Master’s degree within a technical or commercial area, but it is not a must.
As a person you are energetic, self-driven and persistent knowing the importance of being able to keep momentum in long-term projects and sales processes.

Travelling: Max. 50-75 days in Denmark and abroad.
