Our client, a world leading industrial group in the manufacture and distribution of agricultural spare parts, is in the process of expanding their current client portofilio in Scandinavia in a market with great potential.
To support this journey, our client is now looking for a Sales Manager responsible for Scandinavia, wishing to expand their experience and responsibilities within a succesful and growing global leading company.
As Sales Manager, you will be a central part of the implementation of the strategic plan, as well as the annual concretion in the commercial plan of the Agrisolutions business for the agricultural machinery manufacturers and key distributors in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.
With direct report to the EAA Sales Director.
Your main tasks are:
Your qualifications include a minimum of 5 years´ experience in sales of industrial, technical and/or high added value products. It will be an asset if you have knowledge in the agricultural sector and have a medium-high level of interlocution and negotiation with manufactures and wholesalers. Furthermore, you have strong commercial sales skills.
As a person, you are open-minded and have the ability to work in a team as well as independently. You are autonomous and able to organize the daily work, following the organisation’s guidelines. Furthermore, you have great people skills, are a good communicator and understand customer relations.
Our client offers an exciting opportunity being the leading company in the agricultural machinery spare part sector, with more than 8000 references spread across 80 countries. As a Sales Manager for Scandinavia, you will be part of growing the company in a market with great potential.
Travelling: The candidate must have the ability to travel around 50% of the time, with 2-4 day trips around Scandinavia. The majority of the travel will be in Denmark.
Domicile: South of Aarhus, Denmark. Possibility to work from home, with 1 day at the office everyweek or every second week, if private location is too far from the office.
