As Video & Photo Manager you report directly to the Head of Brand, Marketing, and you will have the overall responsibility for Video and Photo content. Together with highly skilled colleagues you will define, plan and be involved in all actions across Video and Photo in close cooperation with other departments across JYSK Nordic. One of the strategic ambitions for JYSK Nordic is to inspire costumers across all media channels, on- and offline – and in the end be the visual part of every single “call to action”.
From day one, you will manage the department of 4 people and handle the tactical plan which includes the full process from A-Z. Trends, directions, commercial actions, and methods are constantly changing – video and image types are changing fast. It is important that you have the knowhow for continuous inspiration and attention to new production trends.
The ambition is to find a profile who is passionate within the professional area and has a commercial and overall marketing understanding. The Video & Photo Manager must take responsibility in developing and implementing the visual media strategy for Video and Photo in JYSK in order to fit the marketing strategy and plan.
The main tasks will be:
You bring dedication and have experience with development and production of video and photo, preferably from a similar position where video and photo play a crucial role. You secure an overall strategy and tactic for video and photo – and have already been involved within the process from A to Z.
You secure optimal integration of photo and video in campaign/marketing materials and evaluate KPI’s on Video and Photo to set the next goals. To be effective and in cost control you secure the best process as possible – hereby constantly looking into possibilities and choosing the most commercial potentials for JYSK.
You are a motivating manager with a grounded ‘we can’ attitude. This, combined with a data driven approach, gives you the confidence to take the lead and guide other stakeholders in marketing activities. You enjoy working in an international environment with tight deadlines. You have a critical vision as well as a passion for excellence and quality.
