Finance Manager

As Finance Manager at EverRest, you will play a pivotal role in managing both accounting and controlling assignments. You will oversee financial activities, deliver high-quality reporting, and collaborate closely with the finance team and the business. You’ll contribute to the strategic direction of EverRest, manage financial reports for Danish and international subsidiaries, and ensure compliance across the company.

With direct report to the CFO, you will be a part of a finance team of four persons, whereof you will have one person in direct report. 

Your main tasks are: 

• Deliver high-quality financial reporting on time
• Prepare and consolidate accounts, including those from foreign subsidiaries
• Drive budget processes and conduct financial analysis for the Danish and international operations
• Business controlling and analysis of Danish, European and US subsidiaries
• Optimise and digitalise the financial processes while managing the ERP system
   

You are proficient in financial reporting, consolidation, tax, VAT, and budgeting, and you have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in accounting and controlling a company with international activities. You have strong knowledge of transfer pricing and expertise from an e-commerce business will be an advantage.

You probably have a higher finance and/or accounting education combined with accounting experience. Preferably, you are interested in ESG and like to stay ahead of trends and ensure that financial reporting meets evolving standards.

Furthermore, you are proficient in IT and ERP systems, especially Excel, and fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
