Chief of Staff, Strategic Management Support

As Chief of Staff at Chora A/S, you will be part of an exciting growth journey leading the company towards new markets and solutions. You will ensure that strategy and ambition are transformed into concrete organisational initiatives and results.
You will report directly to the CEO, be a part of the top leadership team. You will collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks and monitor progress against strategic goals. You will conduct in-depth research to support decision-making of critical business initiatives and collect data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
Your responsibilities will be covered in the following areas:
- Strategy, development, and execution: participate in expansion activities, ensure anchoring and progress around strategic initiatives, decision-making material, etc.
- Administrative and financial follow-up/analysis: key figures analysis, overseeing daily operations, validating and improving various recurring reports, support CEO and other executives etc.
- Project Management: plan and drive strategic cross-organisational projects, follow-up on implementation, etc.
You come from a position similar to that of a Chief of Staff or a strategy/management consultant with at least four years of experience. You have gained exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and can plan, organise, and drive complex projects in an international environment. Business cases, presentations and strategy work have been central to your daily work. Combined with your solid economic/financial education and proven analytical toolbox, you can provide the CEO and management team with sparring support to drive the growth of Chora.
You are ambitious and deadline-driven, with great communication and stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, you are a team player who values community and innovation.
Travelling: Approximately 20 days/yrs.
