CHRO

Are you ready to develop and lead scalable people strategies in a growing international company?

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a CHRO to shape the HR landscape and future of a growing global Professional Service Organisation. 

With direct report to the Group CEO, you will become a key part of the company’s management team, and will be responsible for setting the People & Culture direction for the Group function as well as securing well-functioning HR organisations in the local departments (Europe) - both within established, expanding and new markets. 

As CHRO, you will drive optimisation and integration initiatives in an already well-invested HR function to improve alignment between HR and business needs, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment across multiple countries.

Your main tasks are:

  • Leading high-performing HR teams
  • Build a cohesive and scalable HR strategy
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team and board
  • Secure effective and integrated recruitment and talent management strategies
  • Leverage HR technology to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive organisational culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
  • Enhance employer branding efforts
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry standards 

The CHRO will be responsible for creating a scalable HR strategy and its implementation, which suggests great experience with HR strategy, management, and operations in a growing international group function, from TA to separation. Moreover, you are digitally strong and data-driven, with solid experience assessing and converting HR data into strategic recommendations and clear, action-oriented decisions. Experience with labour law and HR policies outside Scandinavia is expected. With a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, you combine a strategic mindset with empathetic leadership to foster collaboration and achieve organisational goals.
