Finance Business Partner – FP&A
Do you want to play an essential role in an international project organisation in steep development?
As Finance Business Partner – FP&A at DSI Dantech, you will facilitate the continuous optimisation and development of various assignments and processes within fields such as financial planning and analysis, performance management and business case development to provide valid and accurate business insights supporting decisions and strategic initiatives.
With direct report to the CFO, you will be part of an international organisation of currently 16 employees positioned across Denmark, the US, and Singapore. You will collaborate closely with the management team and colleagues within the finance department, playing a vital role in driving the finance partnering agenda, continuously improving finance processes, and bridging finance with business across DSI Dantech.
Your main tasks are:
Driving financial processes and tools
- Budget, rolling estimate and month-end reporting
- Provide financial guidance, develop processes and tools, enhance transparency
- Build consistent financial planning and analysis processes for financial reporting and financial modelling to maintain compliance and deliver guidance to the management team
- Drive and optimise project reviews
Stakeholder Management, Business and Management Support
- Finance Partnering to the management group
- Analysis of data and creation of insights to support management decision-making, e.g. business cases and strategic finance analysis
- Analysis of project performance and sparring with financial controllers and project managers
- Build positive relationships across the finance and accounting teams
- Prepare management presentations, along with other ad hoc analyses and tasks
Your qualifications are based on a minimum of three to four years of experience in a finance partnering and controlling function, e.g. financial planning and analysis, business controlling or similar. You have been part of complex organisational and international environments and possess excellent stakeholder skills. Further, your experience is gained from order-producing companies and/or project organisations.
You probably have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, international business, or something similar.
You are a person with good analytical skills and can establish an overview and focus on details. You are persistent and proactive, and you are a positive, open-minded team player who succeeds in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
