HR Director

The strategy for the coming years focuses on significant growth for Chora A/S and the HR Director will have overall HR responsibility throughout the company and thus play a key role in implementing the strategy, and developing the organisation to meet the future demand.
As HR Director, you will lead a small team of dedicated people, and together, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR activities such as recruitment processes, employer branding, capacity building, talent management, people engagement, and successor planning – all of which must be strategically aligned with the overall growth agenda and strategy.
Your main areas of responsibility are:
- Strategy development and process implementation
- Training and support of the organisation
- Talent attraction and retention
- Management and Stakeholder Management
- Compliance and Best Practices
You have at least 5 years of experience, preferably from an international organisation. You have gained experience with the entire HR toolbox and worked with various HR disciplines, such as attracting, retaining and developing employees. You have experience leading a minor HR team and solid experience with strategic sparring with the management team.
You have a Master’s degree in business administration, organisational management or similar and gained experience with developing and implementing an HR Strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy.
You are forward-thinking, innovative and passionate about organisational transformation and HR technology. You like to push boundaries to drive business growth and efficiency.
Travelling: Approximately 20 days/yrs.
