QA/ RA Specialist, Patient Handling Division

As QA/RA Specialist at Etac Patient Handling Division, you will contribute to all quality assurance activities within Patient Handling, including regulatory approvals, quality management system compliance, product quality and process improvement. The QA/RA Specialist will guide the organisation in ensuring the ongoing performance, safety, and compliance of the Patient Handling products. The Etac Patient Handling Division includes the companies Etac A/S (Molift) and Etac Immedia A/S. 

With direct report to the Director QA/RA, you will be working closely with the Etac Group Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams in Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and the US. 

Your main tasks are (but not limited to): 

  • Improve, develop, and implement quality assurance processes aligned with business strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Improve, develop, and implement the Patient Handling Quality Management System (QMS) infrastructure and educate staff in functional departments and international subsidiaries.
  • Ensure product quality and quality system compliance and provide regulatory information and interpretation to the organisation.

Your qualifications are solid experience with quality work from a manufacturing company that works with R&D and New Product Introduction – preferably within MedTech, Patient Handling or Rehab.
You are used to working with quality across functions, and international working experience will be an advantage. 

You have a graduate degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or other related fields and a Postgraduate degree is considered an additional merit.

As a person, you are team-minded and have a hands-on attitude along with an action-oriented working style. You are strongly interested in and understand the products, customer and user needs, and business requirements. You are a skilled communicator and are able to demonstrate transparency and visibility.

Travelling: 5-10 days annually.
