In the coming years, KIRKBI will focus on building a robust and scalable backbone for the ESG/CSRD Finance domain, with a strong focus on establishing standards and procedures and documenting processes. As Senior Finance Manager, ESG, you will have an essential role in this process, being responsible for integrating ESG considerations into financial planning, reporting and decision making processes.
As Senior Finance Manager, ESG, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, e.g. KIRKBI’s strategy and sustainability team and the LEGO Group. Your main area of responsibility is to closely monitor the maturing of the ESG agenda and ensure that KIRKBI follows legislation as it develops. Furthermore, you will focus on establishing standards and procedures and documenting processes.
Your primary responsibilities are:
- Establish processes for integrating ESG/CSRD considerations into financial planning, reporting and decision-making processes.
- Ensure that KIRKBI follows legislation as it develops.
- Drive and prepare presentations for the ESG/CSRD Finance domain, including internal and annual reports.
You have two years of experience in finance, accounting or related fields focusing on ESG and CSRD integration. Your deep understanding of finance principles and legislation makes you capable of establishing standards and procedures. Furthermore, you are driven to implement sustainability and responsible business practices in the KIRKBI organisation.
You hold a Master’s degree in finance, accounting, law, economics or a related field. This, in combination with your passion for sustainability and your experience with CSRD and Taxonomy make you a perfect candidate for the position.
You are an ambitious, proactive, positive, open-minded team player who values collaboration to achieve the best results. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
