Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager

Drive excellence in supply chain and manufacturing for innovative therapies 

As Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager at MC2 Therapeutics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of MC2 Therapeutics’ supply chain and external manufacturing activities. 

With direct report to the Head of Alliance Management, you will be instrumental in managing relationships with CMOs, overseeing production workflows, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to meet organisational goals. Furthermore, you will be able to implement innovative solutions and drive continuous improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your main tasks are:

• Supply chain management
• Production oversight
• Stakeholder engagement
• Process improvement and documentation

Your qualifications are 7-10 years of experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. You possess a strong understanding of drug development and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with CMOs and internal teams. 

You have a degree in pharmacy, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. 

You are a proactive, hands-on professional who can navigate the complexities of the biotech supply chain operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You are self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile, and informal work environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as is the ability to demonstrate curiosity and independence in problem-solving.

Travelling: Approx. 5 – 10 days/year.

Domicile: Hørsholm, Denmark.
