Orchestrating a growing business, organisational commitment and tasks!


As the new COO, you will be responsible for the operational and administrative area and manage the day-to-day operations in close cooperation with the three founders – CEO, CBDO and CFO.

Nitor, as a company and the management team, are dedicated to using their experience, skills, and curiosity to find even more business opportunities in this highly competitive and regulated market.

Now the three founders are ready to expand the management team with a new goal-oriented COO, who can contribute with additional structure, day-to-day management and ensure the right foundation for further growth.

With direct report to the CEO, you work with constant optimisations and calibration of the overall activities. As a company, Nitor has a very steep growth curve and has left its mark on the gas, power and climate trading market.

Your main areas of responsibility are:

  • Strategy development in collaboration with the management
  • Ongoing operational optimization
  • Financial and administrative management

You have a min. of 5 years of experience from a similar position working within operational and administrative development, where your analytical approach and presence enable you to work purposefully and put structure into a daily operation with many activities and changes.

You hold a Master’s degree, but your educational area is less important. Most importantly, you manage to work methodically, transparently and agilely, with a high degree of involvement. Danish and English, written and spoken, is a requirement.
